    Hi! My tracking number isn't working! I have plugged it into the Australia Post website, as well as the DHL Express website. The tracking number you sent me is only 7 digits long, and the DHL website says it should be 10. I just want to make sure my pants are on the way! How should I solve this? :)

    My tracking number isn’t working. I ordered the jeans over a week ago and received an email that it has shipped on 3/11 but I am unable to track my package because the link and tracking number doesn’t work. Please provide insight. Thank you! I have my order number that I can send you as well.

    Hello.. It’s been a little over 1 week almost 2.. & when trying to track my package the tracking number is wrong.. I need a 10 digit tracking code & have been given an incorrect 7 digit tracking code. I just want to make sure the order is on the way, since I have been charged.. Thank you

    Hello it has been a couple weeks since I got a shipping confirmation and tracking number but every time I try to track my order it doesn’t work it it says it’s been delivered to another state? I’m super confused. Just want to make sure my pants are coming:)

    Hello. I got a notification that my order shipped on 3/30/20. The tracking number that was attached in my email does not work on either DHL Express or the Australia Post online. I still have yet to receive my order or a response to any of my emails. Please let me know what steps are next to resolve this issue. Thank you.

    I received my tracking number but when I type it into the site or dhl I’m told it doesn’t exist. I ordered my jeans 3 weeks ago and they shipped over 2 weeks ago and I can’t track them. I emailed asking for a follow up and no response yet.

    I haven't received an email to say my order has been shipped and I selected express shipping. I sent an inquiry yesterday with no reply. If I had known it would take this long to send my order off I would have ordered it through the iconic. Your website states that orders get shipped before 9am so it should have been shipped yesterday.
