Yes, you are responsible for the cost of posting your return back to us, so feel free to choose the shipping method that suits you. We do suggest a tracked method, where possible, so you can keep an eye on the delivery, as we are unable to process your refund before this has been confirmed as received by our warehouse.
If you paid for your order with PayPal you may be eligible to claim back return postage costs from PayPal – find out more here.
If you are returning due to faulty or incorrectly sent items, we will gladly reimburse your postage costs (just get in touch with us first).
